Do adults need socks?+
Yes. Everyone past the front gate must wear socks. Shoes, slippers and bare feet are not permitted in play areas.
Are adults free?+
Yes—adults 18+ visit free. Babies 1–11 months are free too.
Can I bring food or a reusable water bottle?+
Reusable water bottles are welcome. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except approved allergy-safe single servings.
Do children need a waiver?+
Please complete the online waiver before arrival. It is valid for one year when all participating children are included.
Can older children stay without an adult?+
No. A parent or guardian must remain at the facility; anyone under 18 needs adult supervision.
Can I bring cake or cupcakes?+
Yes. Cake or cupcakes are welcome for birthday parties. Other outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Can we invite more children?+
Yes. Every package includes a set number of children, and extra guests can be added at the current additional-child price.
When can we use the party room?+
Private room rental for 2 hoursYour room begins at your scheduled booking time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early; early room access and time extensions are not available.
Can the team help with decorations?+
Yes. Bringing decorations ahead of time gives the team the best chance to help set up for your celebration.
Do Game Card credits and tickets expire?+
No. Arcade credits and tickets stay on your Game Card for your next visit.
Do Fishing Zone points expire?+
Yes. Fishing Zone fish and points need to be redeemed on the same day.
